1. You may delete your UDPay account at any point of time by making such choice in the Unipay Digital desktop website, mobile WAP site or mobile application. With this we will no longer provide your data for external processing as mentioned above. However, we retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by us except for any record retention required as per applicable law.

2. The provisions of various laws require your transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and/or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by the law of the land to retain your Personal Data for longer periods.

Damages- For Our website or mobile app containing third party website links or vendor products in Uni-deal sections UNIPAY DIGITAL PVT LTD is not liable for such products damaged or lost during shipping.

For Uni-deal and Unipay Digital Pvt Ltd products: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filling claim.

Cancellation And Refunds Policy

Return Policy

How To Return An Item If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you: To exchange/return the goods if he find any manufacturing defect or the goods purchased is not useful for the purpose it was meant, within 30 days from the date of purchases, provided any seal/protection on the goods is kept unbroken. 3. Return Exceptions No items cannot be returned if they are opened. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 15 working days. The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement,
1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product after receiving from delivery boy.
2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging including the retail box, originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number/Batch number.
Restocking Fee and Refund: There are no restocking fees. But, we also do not refund the GST charges & original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of returned of products.
